Our Comprehensive Septic & Drain Field Services Include:
  • Installation: Trust our experienced team to install your septic system efficiently and accurately, ensuring optimal functionality and longevity.
  • Troubleshooting: If you're experiencing issues with your septic system, we will perform a water test. This includes pumping the septic tank out, filling the tank with water and letting it hold for 24hrs.
From there, if the tank holds water, it is good to reuse, but if the tank doesn’t hold water, the county will most likely want us to remove and replace the tank itself rather than repairing. Per certain regulations, repairing the tank is not an option. The only repair re may perform is if the lid/riser is leeching, we will then replace the upper portion. But we can't repair the tank itself.

The Ins and Outs of Septic Tank Installation & Repair
Frequently Asked Questions

  • Where is the Best Place to Put a Septic Tank?

The best location for a septic tank is in an area with stable soil and adequate drainage. Our experts can assess your property and recommend the optimal placement for your septic tank. The designer would recommend a place where the tank should go, this would show on their engineered set of plans for a septic installation. From there, we can move the tank if absolutely necessary, we would then do a redline drawing and hand back to the designer after installation.

  • How Deep are Septic Tanks?

Septic tanks are typically buried at a depth of 4 to 6 feet underground to prevent freezing and maintain stability.

  • What Size Septic Tank Do I Need?

The size of your septic tank depends on factors such as the size of your household and daily water usage. The septic engineered designer will perform calculations to determine the appropriate size for your needs.

  • Is A Septic Inspection Required In Wa State?

Yes, septic inspections are required in Washington state to ensure compliance with regulations and identify any potential issues with the system. Depending on the type of system, you may be required for a 6-month inspection or a yearly inspection.

  • Can You Install A Septic Tank Yourself?

While it's possible to install a septic tank yourself, we highly recommend hiring a licensed professional to ensure proper installation and compliance with local regulations. In order to install anything septic related, you must be licensed/certified to perform these tasks. The county must also recognize you as a certified installer.

  • How Long Do Septic Tanks Usually Last?

With proper maintenance, septic tanks can last for decades. Regular pumping and inspections are essential to prolonging the lifespan of your septic system.

A homeowner should also find courses as to how they can take care of their septic system. Certain toiletries and chemicals are advised against.

  • Do You Provide Septic System Design Services?

We focus solely on the installation and diagnostic of septic systems. We do not offer separate septic system design services.

However, our team of experts is equipped to conduct all other aspects of your septic system project, ensuring a seamless and efficient process from start to finish. Call us today to refer to specific designers in your area.
